No. As a ROTC Cadet, you are not obligated to attend Boot Camp. Basic Training is designed for enlisted personnel. As a Cadet you are training to be an Officer.

I found a note on my desk in my room when i got home tonight. It definitely wasnt there when I left. Its on the back of some old homework torn in half. The writing looks like its my dads. it says
"you need to ask a woman about what coffee to buy
You are an old man, you should be able to do this buy now, but i will grant you fellowship to take with you. Fellowship is aparagon of wisdom."
Thats exactly what the note said, miss spellings and all.
